Virtual organizations as sociotechnical systems is one of my current NSF funded research projects.
I am examining how organizational structure and performance are related in software engineering, education and disaster response.

Hi! Welcome to my old website. I kept it here mostly for people who had stale links to it for papers I published on it.
Hit "Publications" up yonder above. And if you head back to http://www.seangoggins.net you will find all the same papers, and then some, linked a bit differently and in a more maintainable way.
Otherwise, you're basically poking around a Chernobyl like web presence on this outdated version of my site. Be careful.
And, if you're interested in Chernobyl specifically, well, I am a huge fan of the Kid of Speed: http://www.angelfire.com/extreme4/kiddofspeed/spring2007.html
